PIYUSH
(YOGURT DRINK)
A
richer version of the well known yogurt drink
'lassi'.
This drink is from the western
part of India.

INGREDIENT
:
Plain yogurt -
675 gm.
Sugar
- 240 gm.
Salt
- a pinch.
Yellow colouring-
1.25 gm.
Milk -
720 ml.
Cardamom
- 3 nos. |
METHOD
:
Tie yogurt in
a square of muslin
and hang up to drain the moisture.
Add Sugar and colouring to the
yogurt and mix well. Blend milk,
yogurt mixture and salt in a
blender. Add cardamom and serve
chilled.
Time taken -- 10 min.
